Natalia studied Chemistry at Davidson College in North Carolina, USA, including an exchange semester taking courses at Freie Universität Berlin and Technische Universität Berlin. She completed her doctoral studies in Materials Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, during which time she pursued professional development in teaching and learning (Delta Program), as well as projects in curriculum design and chemistry education research. In 2022 and with the support of an Alexander-von-Humboldt fellowship, she moved to Germany for a postdoctoral position at Humboldt Universität Berlin researching simulation-based learning in university-level chemistry courses. She joined the bologna.lab in March of 2024 to provide teaching & learning (“didactic”) input to the project “Netzwerk Hybride Lehre” (Hybrid Teaching Network). Natalia is originally from Athens, Greece.
