Isabelle Mensching ist an der Humboldt-Universität Referentin für die europäische Hochschulallianz Circle U. und für die Koordinierung des Climate Knowledge Hubs verantwortlich. Während der Pilotphase von Circle U. leitete sie den Bereich „Socially-engaged Education and Research“.
Isabelle studierte Politik & Verwaltung und Geschichte an der Universität Potsdam und Internationale Beziehungen an der University of Glasgow. Bevor sie zum Team der Humboldt-Universität stieß, leitete sie das erste bundesländerübergreifende Regionalmanagement in Deutschland.
Ihre Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie ihr Interesse mit internationalen Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten, motivierten sie, sich dem Circle U. Team an der Humboldt-Universität anzuschließen.

Isabelle Mensching is a Circle U. project officer and responsible for the coordination of Circle U.’s Climate Knowledge Hub. During Circle U’s pilot phase she led work package 5 „Socially-engaged education and research“ with the aim of developing three knowledge hubs on democracy, global health and climate.
Isabelle studied International Relations at the University of Glasgow after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Politics & Administration and History from Universität Potsdam. Before she joined the team at Humboldt she led Germany’s first supra-regional regionalmanagement.
Her experience in project management as well as her interest to work together with international partners motivated her to join the Circle U. Team at Humboldt University.
